Schedule:

• 5 shifts per week, 8-hour days
• Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Specific days determined during the interview process

Requirements:

• Current Ohio nursing license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proven technical ability as a Nursing OR Tech and First Assist
• Skilled in advanced life support equipment
• High degree of manual dexterity and mental focus
• Proficient in Second Call duties

Primary Responsibilities:

• Apply the nursing process across all aspects of the first assist role, supporting positive patient outcomes before, during, and after surgery
• Deliver safe patient care through advanced knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Uphold strict safety and aseptic standards to maintain a secure peri-operative environment
• Demonstrate strong decision-making and the ability to react swiftly in dynamic situations
• Consistently utilize and troubleshoot complex life support and surgical equipment with precision
• Provide reliable coverage when taking Second Call as required by surgical schedules
