Operating Room Technician - Euclid, OH

Exciting opportunities are available for experienced surgical technologists and operating room technicians with a passion for quality patient care. This role is based in a dynamic operating room setting and requires expertise in assisting surgical teams during procedures.

Schedule/Hours:

• 5 shifts per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Midday shift: 11:00am start

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (Certified) or relevant nursing credentials in operating room technology
• Active BLS certification
• NTCMB credential required
• Previous experience supporting perioperative teams in an acute care or hospital environment
• Strong understanding of surgical instrumentation, sterile techniques, and infection control
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia providers

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure the surgical field is sterile and well-organized
• Assist surgeons and nurses by passing instruments and supplies during procedures
• Handle specimen collection, labeling, and transport according to protocol
• Maintain accurate counts of surgical tools and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout every procedure
• Contribute to the timely turnover and readiness of surgical suites
