Desired Qualifications:

• Active certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent
• Experience as an ORT or CST in a hospital or surgical center
• Proficient knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room and ensure sterility at all times
• Support the surgical team throughout procedures, anticipating needs
• Care for and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
• Accurately document surgical counts and procedures
