Bring your expertise to a dynamic surgical team as a Certified Surgical Technologist or Operating Room Technologist. In this 13-week contract assignment, you'll play an integral role in ensuring safe and effective surgical procedures within a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts, Days
• 6:45am–5:15pm
• Specific days of the week will be discussed during your interview

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist or comparable training as an Operating Room Technologist (ORT)
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the operating room setting
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, surgical instrumentation, and procedure-specific protocols
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity environments and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and instruments are sterilized and set up
• Assist surgeons and operating room staff by passing instruments, supplies, and maintaining a sterile field throughout procedures
• Monitor and maintain safe patient care practices, including verifying patient identity and procedure details
• Anticipate the needs of surgical teams and respond quickly during procedures
• Handle specimens and surgical instruments according to established protocols
• Assist with post-procedure room turnover and supply restocking to support ongoing operational efficiency
