Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist or experience as an OR Tech
• Valid BLS certification
• At least 2 years of recent experience working in a surgical setting
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic procedural environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Assist surgeons and the surgical team with procedures, maintaining a sterile field at all times

• Ensure instruments and equipment are properly handled, cleaned, and accounted for after each procedure
