Travel Operating Room Technician - Irwin, PA

Schedule & Hours:

• Daylight shifts, rotating weekly:
  • 5:30am–2:00pm
  • 6:30am–3:00pm
  • 7:30am–finish (typically 4:00–4:30pm, sometimes later depending on case load or add-ons)
• Weekend Call: 6:00am–6:00pm (required 2 weekends within a 6-week period)
• No elective schedule on weekends, only call coverage (call shifts are not typically busy)
• No weekday call, but 7:30 shift remains until add-ons are completed (may require staying 1–2+ hours beyond scheduled shift)

Key Qualifications:

• Experience or training as a Nursing - ORT, Surgical Tech (Certified or Non-Certified)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, dynamic team
• Flexibility to stay late when needed to complete surgical cases
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Prepare, assist, and circulate during orthopedic surgical procedures
• Ensure safety and sterile environments throughout cases
• Adapt to shifting schedules and support team as needed for add-on cases
