Travel Surgical Scrub Tech | Lynn, Massachusetts

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible start dates: May 11 or May 26 (13-week contract)
• Rotating 4x10 or 4x12 shifts: Day/Evening mix
• Evening 4x10s: 1:00pm–11:00pm
• Day 4x10s: 7:00am–5:30pm (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri), 9:00am–7:30pm (Wed)
• Weekend shifts: 12-hour schedule, with adjusted hours during the week
• Includes 2 weeks of nights and 2 short call shifts every 4 weeks

Qualifications:

• Current, valid RN/LPN license (as required for ORT roles)
• Minimum recent experience in a high-capacity operating room
• Proficiency in scrubbing and circulating procedures
• Strong adaptability to a variety of shifts and team compositions
• Evidence of excellent communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate in various surgical cases according to scheduling
• Uphold strict adherence to sterile technique and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with perioperative team to ensure efficient case turnover
• Document accurately and promptly in alignment with facility protocols
• Respond to urgent calls and support cases as needed during short call shifts
