Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible start dates: May 11 or May 26 (13-week contract)
- Rotating 4x10 or 4x12 shifts: Day/Evening mix
- Evening 4x10s: 1:00pm–11:00pm
- Day 4x10s: 7:00am–5:30pm (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri), 9:00am–7:30pm (Wed)
- Weekend shifts: 12-hour schedule, with adjusted hours during the week
- Includes 2 weeks of nights and 2 short call shifts every 4 weeks
Qualifications:
- Current, valid RN/LPN license (as required for ORT roles)
- Minimum recent experience in a high-capacity operating room
- Proficiency in scrubbing and circulating procedures
- Strong adaptability to a variety of shifts and team compositions
- Evidence of excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Scrub and circulate in various surgical cases according to scheduling
- Uphold strict adherence to sterile technique and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with perioperative team to ensure efficient case turnover
- Document accurately and promptly in alignment with facility protocols
- Respond to urgent calls and support cases as needed during short call shifts
