• Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
• Maintain a sterile field and assist with draping and positioning patients for procedures
• Support surgeons and nurses during operations by anticipating needs and passing instruments or supplies
• Properly handle and count surgical instruments, sponges, and sharps before, during, and after each case
• Uphold infection control standards and hospital protocols throughout all surgical activities
• Assist with room turnover and restocking of surgical supplies after procedures
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and a smooth workflow
