Schedule/Hours:

• 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM shifts
• Call required
• Includes weekends and holidays
• No block scheduling

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
• Previous travel assignment experience necessary
• Proven history of Level 1 Trauma experience with high performance ratings
• Burn experience highly preferred
• Excellent adaptability and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical teams during a wide range of procedures, specializing in trauma and burns
• Ensure all operating suite protocols are followed, maintaining a sterile and organized environment
• Prepare and manage surgical instruments and supplies
• Anticipate team needs during procedures and respond calmly in high-stress situations
• Collaborate effectively with nursing, technicians, and surgeons
