Operating Room Technician - Mason, OH

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses in the operating room
• Handle and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control practices are followed
• Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures
• Participate in pre- and post-operative room setup and cleanup
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a Surgical Technologist or in an Operating Room Technician (ORT) role
• Familiarity with operating room protocols and aseptic techniques
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and adaptable in fast-paced surgical environments
• Non-certified Surgical Techs with proven operating room experience are encouraged to apply
