Qualifications and Desired Background:

• Experience as an Operating Room Technician (ORT), Certified or Non-Certified Surgical Technologist, or similar role
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and operating room protocols
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification highly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments
• Proven teamwork skills, with attention to detail and patient safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain operating rooms before, during, and after procedures
• Assist surgical teams with instruments, supplies, and equipment throughout surgeries

• Participate in room turnover and restocking as needed
• Support patient positioning and provide direct assistance following protocol
