Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Operating Room Technician (ORT) or Surgical Technologist required.
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred, though non-certified candidates with strong surgical tech backgrounds are welcome.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and operating room protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other staff.
- Commitment to ensuring patient safety and infection control at all times.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room for surgeries by setting up equipment and ensuring all instruments are sterilized and available.
- Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures, including passing instruments and anticipating surgical needs.
- Monitor inventory levels of surgical supplies and request restocks as necessary.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and protocols for infection prevention.
- Support post-operative clean-up and preparation for subsequent operations.
- Document procedures and update records according to hospital policies.
