Schedule & Hours

• Flexible shift options: Choose between 3/12s (6:00 am–6:30 pm) or 4/10s (6:00 am–4:30 pm)
• Call requirements: 1 weekend each month, plus 1–2 weekday calls as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant operating room (ORT) experience
• National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Proven cardiac, vascular, and robotic procedural experience
• Adaptability to fast-paced, team-oriented settings

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment for cardiac, vascular, and robotic procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to ensure patient safety
• Manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment throughout complex procedures
• Respond promptly to emergent situations during call shifts
