Schedule/Hours:

• 3 shifts weekly, 12 hours each (6:00 am – 6:30 pm)
• OR 4 shifts weekly, 10 hours each (6:00 am – 4:30 pm)
• Calls: 1 weekend per month required, plus 1–2 weekday calls as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare CVOR suites and ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment
• Assist surgeons during cardiovascular, vascular, and robotic procedures
• Maintain a sterile field and monitor for compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate efficiently with the surgical and nursing teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document procedures, inventory supplies, and uphold best practices

Qualifications:

• 1 year of relevant CVOR experience required
• Current NBSTSA CST certification
• Demonstrated expertise in cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgery support
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
• Ability to manage high-pressure environments with professionalism
