Qualifications:

• Prepare for surgical procedures by ensuring availability and functionality of instruments and supplies
• Review and assemble case carts; troubleshoot and adjust equipment as required
• Anticipate surgical team needs, pass instruments, retract tissue, and operate equipment during procedures
• Maintain competency across all surgical specialties
