Schedule/Hours:

• 3/12s, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm
• 4/10s, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
• 1 weekend of call per month & 1–2 days of weekday call as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a CVOR Surgical Technologist
• Certification: NBSTSA – Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Strong cardiac, vascular, and robotic experience required
• Ability to function effectively in high-acuity, fast-paced settings
• Proven team collaborator with a professional and positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the sterile surgical field for cardiac, vascular, and robotic procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and perioperative teams for optimal patient care
• Adhere to strict safety and infection control standards
• Respond quickly and efficiently to changing case needs and on-call requirements
• Support the surgical team with setup, instrumentation, and turnover during procedures
