Schedule/Hours:

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Active certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Proficient in Nursing – Operating Room Technology (ORT)
• Recent experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments according to procedural requirements
• Assist surgeons and nurses during operations, ensuring optimal patient safety and smooth workflow
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and regulatory guidelines
• Monitor, anticipate, and respond to the needs of the surgical team throughout procedures
• Contribute to documentation and post-operative care duties
