Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible options: 3/12s (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) or 4/10s (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• On-call: 1 weekend per month, with possible 1-2 weekday calls based on unit needs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a surgical technologist CVOR setting
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by NBSTSA
• Cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgery experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup, preparation, and support during cardiovascular, vascular, and robotic surgical procedures
• Adhere to strict aseptic and safety protocols
• Collaborate efficiently with surgeons, nurses, and other perioperative team members
• Ensure readiness of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled
