Schedule/Hours:

  • 8-hour variable shifts
  • Must have flexibility to work both days and nights

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid Nursing ORT certification or equivalent credential
  • Recent scrub tech or ORT experience highly preferred
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and new surgical teams
  • Strong documentation and communications skills
  • Commitment to outstanding patient care and safety standards
  • Willingness to work a flexible shift schedule as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgical teams by preparing instruments and surgical suites
  • Maintain a sterile field during operations
  • Support surgeons and nurses before, during, and after procedures
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond proactively
  • Accurately document procedures and maintain patient confidentiality
