Responsibilities:
- Assist in a variety of surgical procedures in accordance with established protocols
- Prepare and maintain sterile field before and during procedures
- Accurately count instruments, supplies, and sponges before, during, and after surgery
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other team members during operative procedures
- Sterilize and organize surgical instruments, equipment, and operating room materials
- Ensure adherence to infection control policies and best practices
- Support post-operative room turnover and preparation for subsequent procedures
- Monitor and respond to patient needs and surgical team requests quickly and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an OR Tech, Surgical Technologist (certified or non-certified), or related nursing specialty required
- Valid credentials and licensure as applicable to role
- In-depth knowledge of surgical tools, techniques, and sterile field maintenance
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to remain calm and adapt quickly to evolving surgical situations

$1,600 - $1,686/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
