• Reliable, professional, and able to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Assist the surgical team with pre-operative preparation, intra-operative procedures, and post-operative clean-up
• Ensure all sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment are set up and maintained according to safety protocols
• Monitor and maintain a sterile field throughout each surgery
• Handle surgical instruments and specimens as directed by surgeons and nurses
• Contribute to tracking instruments and supply usage for accurate documentation
