Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a Nursing - ORT, Surgical Tech (Certified or Non-certified)
• Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and patient safety protocols
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced surgical settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the sterile surgical environment
• Assist surgeons and fellow team members during operative procedures
