• Ability to work efficiently in high-stress, fast-paced surgical environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields before and during surgical procedures
• Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants
• Monitor and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and inventory
• Assist with the preparation and transportation of patients to the operating room
• Handle specimens, dispose of medical waste appropriately, and support procedural documentation as required
