This travel opportunity will place you in a collaborative environment with a close-knit surgical team. You'll be part of a dedicated group of six (3 nurses and 3 surgical techs) supporting two orthopedic operating rooms, offering the chance to experience different workplace dynamics and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:

• Daylight shifts, rotating weekly:
  • 5:30am–2:00pm
  • 6:30am–3:00pm
  • 7:30am–finish (includes elective cases and add-ons; typically finished by 4:00–4:30pm)
• On-call weekend coverage: 6:00am–6:00pm (2 weekends required per 6-week schedule)
• No elective schedule on weekends—only call coverage (typically not busy)
• 7:30am shift may extend 1–2+ hours if add-ons require; flexibility is essential.

Qualifications:

• Surgical Tech (Certified and Non-certified) or ORT experience
• Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to accommodate schedule needs, especially regarding end-of-day coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during orthopedic procedures
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure a sterile environment
