Schedule:

  • 3x12-hour day shifts (7a–7p)
  • 36 or up to 48 hours per week preferred
  • One overnight trauma call (11p–7a per rotation)
  • 1:4 weekends required

As a vital member of a fast-paced OR team, you’ll collaborate on a Level 1 trauma floor, gaining invaluable experience with a wide range of procedures and advanced equipment, from Storz and Stryker to Intuitive Robots. Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of Level 1 trauma operating room experience
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
  • Flexible, accountable, team-oriented, and punctual
  • Preferred specialties: General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma/joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, Endovascular

Responsibilities:

  • Support surgical teams in a 26-bed OR, ensuring safety and precision
  • Prepare, maintain, and operate advanced surgical equipment
  • Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 during procedures
  • Adhere to all clinical, procedural, and patient safety protocols
  • Wear designated teal hospital-issued scrubs
