Schedule:

• 3x12s day shifts, 7:00am–7:00pm
• 36 or 48 hours weekly guaranteed (preference for 48)
• Every fourth weekend (12-hour shifts)
• One overnight trauma call per rotation; specialty team call as applicable

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Minimum 3 years of recent operating room experience
• Background in Level 1 trauma essential
• Proficiency across a variety of specialties valued: general, GU/GYN, ortho trauma/joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, plastics, dental, endovascular
• Professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and team orientation a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert scrub tech support in a 26-bed OR with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment such as Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot
• Document effectively using Epic EMR
• Collaborate closely in multidisciplinary teams to ensure best patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility and surgical safety standards; wear provided teal scrubs
