This travel opportunity places you in an advanced operating room setting, providing direct exposure to state-of-the-art technology and a diverse mix of complex surgical procedures. Working alongside skilled professionals from a Level 1 Trauma facility affords excellent opportunities to broaden your technical expertise, adapt to varied leadership styles, and significantly expand your resume. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and dive into specialties such as neuro, vascular, ortho, and more, supporting both your professional growth and personal satisfaction.

Schedule:

• 7a–7p, 12-hour days
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• Weekend rotation: 1 in every 4 weekends
• Call: One overnight call (11p–7a for Trauma); specialty team call may vary

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Minimum 2 years’ OR experience, including Level 1 trauma exposure
• Proficiency with Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot equipment
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Flexible, reliable, and collaborative approach

Preferred Background:

• Experience with a range of surgeries, including general, GU/GYN, orthopedic trauma and joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, plastics, dental, or endovascular

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide meticulous, high-quality support in a busy, 26-bed operating room
• Assist with perioperative care for a 1:1 patient ratio
• Participate proactively in trauma and specialty team schedules
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies; wear provided teal scrubs
