Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• Current certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
• Previous experience assisting with multiple surgical specialties.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain sterile technique and prioritize patient safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room and ensure the availability of all required surgical instruments and supplies.
• Maintain the sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
• Proficiently pass instrumentation and assist the surgical team in all specialties.
• Adhere to safety protocols and assist in the care of surgical specimens.
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative room set-up and turnover, ensuring a seamless workflow.
