Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment; full-time hours as scheduled with the facility

Qualifications:

  • Licensed/Certified in Nursing as required for the role
  • ORT experience required
  • Up-to-date on all regulatory and mandatory healthcare trainings (e.g., TB testing, HIPAA, compliance)
  • Strong ability to anticipate needs and respond independently in a fast-paced setting

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent care to operating room patients and assist with critical pre-, intra-, and post-surgical duties
  • Select and prepare cases using physician preference cards
  • Thoroughly document and communicate essential data, ensuring accurate counts of all tools and materials
  • Comply with all facility practices, safety policies, and regulatory standards
  • Identify and solve problems independently, contributing recommendations for operational improvements and participating in ongoing education
