Schedule:

  • 3x12-hour day shifts, 7a-7p
  • Weekly guaranteed hours: 48 preferred, 36 acceptable
  • Alternating weekends: 1 out of 4, 12-hour shifts
  • One overnight trauma call (11p-7a per rotation; specialty assignments as scheduled)

In this fast-paced, 26-bed Operating Room, you’ll work with advanced tools such as Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot, and document care using Epic EMR. Surgical Tech professionals have the opportunity to collaborate on a diverse surgical caseload, enhancing both technical and leadership skills. Exposure to robust specialty teams in Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, and more ensures ongoing professional growth—and a strong addition to your resume.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
  • Minimum 3 years recent Level 1 trauma OR experience
  • General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma/joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, Endovascular experience preferred
  • Adaptable, accountable, punctual, and dedicated team player

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert intraoperative care in a high-acuity setting
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams on complex surgical cases
  • Participate in trauma and specialty on-call rotations
  • Uphold safety, sterility, and patient-centered protocols
