This travel position promises enriching professional development in a dynamic, high-acuity operating room. Collaborate alongside respected clinicians in a Level 1 Trauma environment, using the latest technologies—Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot in a 26-bed OR setting. Gain valuable experience working with innovative surgical procedures and diverse case complexities, from ortho and neuro to pediatrics and plastics. Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12 hour day shifts (7a–7p)
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 48 preferred, 36 acceptable
• Weekend rotation: 1 in 4 weekends, 12-hour shifts
• Call: One overnight (11p–7a) for trauma; specialty team call as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ Operating Room experience (Level 1 trauma required)
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Proficiency in general, ortho trauma, neuro, GU/GYN, joints, plastics, ENT, dental, endovascular preferred
• Flexible, punctual, and collaborative
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and operate surgical equipment per protocols
• Assist in various surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety at all times
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
• Follow sterile techniques and regulatory compliance standards
• Participate in trauma and on-call rotations as required
