Schedule and Hours

• 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. day shifts
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• 1:4 weekends, 12-hour shifts
• One overnight call, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. for trauma; specialty team call per rotation

What You’ll Do

• Provide surgical technologist support in a cutting-edge 26-bed operating room
• Serve a diverse surgical caseload, including Level 1 trauma, general, GU/GYN, ortho trauma, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, plastics, dental, and endovascular procedures
• Work 1:1 with patients, utilizing advanced technology such as Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and the Intuitive Robot
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, sterile technique, and hospital policies

Desired Skills & Background

• Current CST certification required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an ORT/CST, with Level 1 trauma exposure
• Preferred: experience in various specialties including ortho trauma, neuro, and endovascular surgery
• Competence with Epic EMR is ideal
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive mindset with strong team orientation
• Professionalism in attire; teal scrubs provided
