Travel Operating Room Technician in Scarborough, ME

Working in a dynamic, Level 1 trauma operating room, you’ll collaborate alongside accomplished surgical teams, gaining exposure to leading-edge technology and wide-ranging case types. Schedule

• 7a-7p, 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours weekly guaranteed
• Every 4th weekend, one overnight trauma call (11p-7a)
• Additional call may be scheduled based on specialty team assignment

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the operating room
• Active CST certification
• Prior experience with Level 1 trauma cases required
• Familiarity with EMR (Epic)
• Team-oriented, reliable, flexible, and accountable

Preferred Experience

• Background in general, GU/GYN, ortho trauma, ortho joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, plastics, dental, or endovascular cases

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and the perioperative team in a 1:1 patient ratio environment
• Operate and manage advanced technology: Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robots
• Adhere to established protocols and ensure patient safety during all procedures
• Maintain professional appearance—teal scrubs provided

$1,888 - $1,997/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
