Schedule/Hours

• 3x12 hour shifts, days (7a-7p)
• 48 hours weekly preferred; 36 hours acceptable
• 1:4 weekend rotation (12 hour shifts)
• One overnight trauma call (11p-7a); additional call varies by specialty team

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Prior Level 1 trauma experience required
• Experience in at least some of the following: General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, Endovascular preferred
• Adaptable, reliable, and dedicated team player

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operating rooms and surgical instruments
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Anticipate surgical team needs and respond swiftly in trauma situations
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure equipment is properly stocked and sterilized
• Provide seamless support across diverse surgical specialties
