Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and sterilize operating rooms, instruments, and equipment according to best practice protocols
• Support surgeons and circulating nurses during procedures by anticipating needs and providing instruments, supplies, and solutions
• Maintain an accurate count of surgical tools, sponges, and other materials throughout operations
• Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and transportation as assigned
• Adhere to strict safety and infection control policies at all times
• Communicate clearly and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Operating Room Technician or Surgical Technologist, non-certified welcome
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to function efficiently in high-pressure situations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to take direction from medical leadership
