Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Surgical Tech (CST), or equivalent experience for non-certified applicants
• Proficiency in perioperative nursing or technical roles within the operating room
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and room preparation
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate surgical needs and support lead surgeons efficiently
• Adaptability to varied surgical specialties and facility protocols
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
