- Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist (certified or non-certified), or in Operating Room Technology
- Solid understanding of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with surgeons, nurses, and support staff
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to quality patient care
- Current compliance with healthcare facility immunization requirements and health screenings
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgical teams throughout procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are readily available and sterile
- Prepare operating rooms before surgical interventions, including equipment setup and sterile field creation
- Maintain accurate count of sponges, needles, and instruments during procedures
- Actively anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond promptly during surgeries
- Support post-operative room turnover and instrument processing
- Contribute to a safe, organized, and smooth-flowing surgical environment
