Schedule:

• 4x10 hour shifts, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
• On-call required
• One weekend per month

Qualifications:

• Current Surgical Tech certification (NBSTSA or NCCT—or grandfathered based on experience)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of operating room/scrub experience, with direct trauma and neuro experience required
• Proficiency with general, robotic, and high-acuity OR procedures
• Experience with Da Vinci robot preferred
• Comfortable working with Epic EMR
• Willingness to provide care across pediatric and adult populations

Duties:

• Scrub and assist in complex surgical procedures, including trauma and neuro
• Set up and operate sophisticated OR equipment, including robotic technology
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, sterilization, and regulatory standards
