Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week assignment
• Monday to Friday
• 5x8-hour day shifts

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program (CAAHEP, ABHES, etc.)
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Surgical Technician
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C) preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Candidates must reside 60+ miles away from the facility

Responsibilities:

• Support surgical teams by ensuring proper instrumentation and sterile techniques
• Prepare and maintain the operating room with meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborate with nurses and surgeons for efficient patient care before, during, and after procedures
• Handle and care for surgical instruments and equipment
• Adhere to infection control standards and safety protocols consistently
