As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in the operating room setting, you will gain exposure to a renowned Level 1 trauma center. This environment encourages professional growth as you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, experience diverse surgical specialties, and work under respected healthcare leaders. Expand your expertise through advanced technology including Storz, Stryker, Olympus equipment, and the Intuitive Robot, while enhancing your resume with invaluable trauma experience and specialty rotations.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 7:00am – 7:00pm, 12-hour day shifts
  • 36 hours per week guaranteed
  • Weekend rotation: 1 out of every 4 weekends
  • Overnight trauma call: 11:00pm – 7:00am, plus specialty team call as scheduled

Desired Qualifications:

  • CST certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of recent operating room experience, specifically in Level 1 trauma settings
  • Proficiency with surgical specialties such as general, GU/GYN, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, and endovascular cases is highly preferred
  • Flexible, accountable, punctual, and a proactive team collaborator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support surgical teams efficiently and safely throughout procedures
  • Maintain strict sterile technique and manage operating room equipment
  • Adapt to the fast pace of trauma and specialty surgeries
  • Document and communicate effectively within the team using the Epic EMR system

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
