Key Qualifications:

  • Certified Surgical Technologist or Nursing–ORT credentials required

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating rooms by arranging necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist surgeons and RNs before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Maintain strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques to ensure patient safety
  • Monitor surgical environments, troubleshoot issues, and respond promptly to needs
  • Help with postoperative clean-up and restocking for subsequent procedures
