Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an ORT or Surgical Technologist (certified or non-certified)
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile technique, and operating room protocols
• Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and OR staff during procedures
• Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to assignment)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms by setting up necessary equipment and sterilized instruments
• Assist surgeons and nurses throughout procedures, ensuring a sterile environment at all times
