Qualifications:

• Experience as an Operating Room Technician (ORT) or Surgical Technologist
• Non-certified and certified Surgical Technologists will be considered
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, instrumentation, and surgical procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety standards

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up operating rooms and preparing surgical instruments
• Support the surgical team throughout procedures by managing instruments and supplies
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile field and infection control protocols
• Safely handle specimens and maintain accurate documentation
