Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist
- Previous operating room experience or substantial Nursing-ORT skills
- Valid BLS certification
- Proficiency with a variety of surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to new environments and fast-paced settings
- Previous travel assignment or multi-facility work experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during procedures, maintaining a sterile field
- Prepare and organize OR instruments and supplies
- Work collaboratively with RNs, surgeons, and other surgical staff
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
- Participate in preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Ensure the integrity and safety of surgical equipment

$1,694 - $1,792/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
