Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist
• Previous operating room experience or substantial Nursing-ORT skills
• Valid BLS certification
• Proficiency with a variety of surgical procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to new environments and fast-paced settings
• Previous travel assignment or multi-facility work experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during procedures, maintaining a sterile field
• Prepare and organize OR instruments and supplies
• Work collaboratively with RNs, surgeons, and other surgical staff
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
• Participate in preoperative and postoperative patient care
• Ensure the integrity and safety of surgical equipment
