Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification as a Surgical Technologist (Certified Surgical Tech)
• ORT nursing background with proven clinical experience
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, surgical instrumentation, and sterile field maintenance
• Previous work in a surgical or perioperative setting highly preferred
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and maintain sterile environments throughout surgical procedures
• Assist in equipment setup, instrument sterilization, and team coordination before, during, and after surgery
