Key Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Recent experience working as a Cath Lab RN
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and protocols
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare team members
• BLS and ACLS certification required

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and care for patients before, during, and after catheterization procedures
• Prepare and assist with procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready and sterile
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Effectively respond to emergencies and provide support as needed
• Educate patients and their families on procedures, post-procedural care, and recovery expectations
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
