Registered Nurse - Catheterization Lab - Anniston, Alabama

Required Qualifications:

• Unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cath Lab RN
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures, protocols, and equipment
• Proven ability to manage patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other interventional procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and document all care accurately
• Prepare and maintain the Cath Lab equipment and sterile field
• Administer medications as directed and monitor for adverse reactions
• Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery
• Uphold infection control and patient safety standards at all times
• Respond quickly to emergencies and assist with resuscitation if needed
