Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Previous experience in a Cath Lab environment
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new technology and protocols
• Experience with various monitoring systems and vascular access devices preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Monitor, record, and report patient condition pre- and post-procedure
• Collaborate closely with physicians, techs, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards
• Document accurately in patient records and ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-procedure care
