Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization procedures, angioplasties, and related interventions
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs during procedures, responding promptly to emergent situations
- Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment, ensuring all devices are sterile and functioning properly
- Administer medications as directed, including sedation and emergency drugs
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after procedures with a focus on safety and comfort
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families regarding pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional quality and continuity of care
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Cath Lab RN role
- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification required
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in urgent/emergent care environments
- Familiarity with current best practices in interventional cardiology nursing

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
