Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Massachusetts or compact)
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
• Proficient in assisting with cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stenting, and other interventional procedures
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Solid critical thinking and communication skills
• Familiarity with patient monitoring systems and sterile techniques

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related procedures
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies within the lab
• Collaborate with cardiologists, techs, and other medical staff to deliver optimal patient care
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
