Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time contract position
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN and/or CVT with valid RCIS certification
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Proficiency in case scrubbing, balloon pump operation, room turnover, transport, and manifold procedures
- Familiarity with floating to the operating room for vascular cases, as well as to other Cath Labs as needed
- Strong adaptability and teamwork in fast-paced roles
- Consideration given to first-time travelers upon review
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support and assist physicians during catheterization procedures by preparing rooms and equipment
- Scrub and circulate during complex cases, ensuring adherence to strict safety and infection control protocols
- Operate and troubleshoot specialized Cath Lab equipment, including balloon pumps and manifolds
- Perform patient transport and monitoring before, during, and after procedures
- Document patient care accurately in accordance with facility policies
- Flexibly float between Cath Labs and to the operating room for vascular cases as required
