Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license, valid in the state of assignment
- 2+ years of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Proven ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Care for patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
- Monitor patient progress and recognize any complications quickly
- Ensure equipment is prepped, maintained, and sanitized appropriately
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-procedure care
