Schedule/Hours:

• May require floating to other departments within scope
• Potential for on-call hours during regular shifts

Qualifications / Experience:

• Valid RN license with eligibility in the state of Colorado
• Recent critical care or cath lab nursing experience strongly preferred
• Proficient with cardiac catheterization lab procedures and equipment
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care planning abilities
• Ability to teach, counsel, and communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Flexibility to adapt to new settings and rapidly changing environments
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities:

• Perform independent and delegated nursing functions in accordance with scope of practice
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care in the cath lab setting
• Provide supportive and restorative therapies directly or through teaching, consultation, and supervision
• Document accurately in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements
• Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed
• Monitor and review therapy/treatment plans, utilizing available resources
• Promote organizational mission, vision, and core values in all interactions
