Desired Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Proven experience in a Cath Lab setting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac monitoring, hemodynamics, and medication administration
  • Skill in assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Familiarity with sterile techniques and infection control protocols
  • Exceptional critical thinking and communication abilities
  • Current certifications in BLS and ACLS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization and other interventional procedures
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to acute situations
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans
  • Administer medications and manage intravenous lines as ordered
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout all phases of care
  • Educate patients and their families regarding procedures, recovery, and ongoing cardiac care
  • Ensure the Cath Lab environment is prepared, organized, and compliant with safety standards
