Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid in the state of Massachusetts (or compact license if applicable)
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Cath Lab nursing environment
• Proficient in all aspects of invasive cardiac procedures and patient assessment
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
• Previous travel nursing experience is advantageous but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and responses to interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-procedural care
• Ensure preparedness of Cath Lab equipment and supplies
