As a travel nurse specializing in the Cath Lab, you’ll immerse yourself in a region known for its cultural attractions, historical sites, and welcoming atmosphere. Schedule:

• 40 hours/week: 10-hour days, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Required to work 2 weekends per 6-week period
• Call requirement: 8 weekdays and 2 weekends per 6-week period (may occasionally be more)
• Flexibility to float, including to other nearby medical centers as needed
• Adult and geriatric patient population

Qualifications:

• Active RN license and ACLS/BLS certification; RCIS preferred
• Minimum 3-4 scrub procedures with ability to circulate
• Recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab procedures: balloon angioplasty, thrombectomy, stent and filter placement, left/right heart catheterization, pacemaker/defib device placement
• Interventional radiology experience: stents, angioplasty, hemodynamic monitoring, vascular studies
• Electrophysiology expertise: cardioversion, pacemaker insertion
• IV start skills; experience with special equipment (EKOS, CSI)
• Familiarity with EPIC, Mac Lab, Pyxis, SBAR, Siemens Artis 1 x-ray system

• Scrub, monitor, and circulate for advanced cardiac and vascular procedures
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Float as needed to provide comprehensive patient care
